Wellness
Sleep, mobility, habits and recovery for everyday energy.

Common questions
How much sleep do adults need?
Most adults need at least seven hours a night, according to sleep medicine guidelines. Our sleep article covers how to get there and what to do when you cannot.
How long does it take to build a habit?
Longer than the popular "21 days" — research suggests it is often around two months, and it varies a lot from person to person. Missing a day now and then does not reset your progress.
Is this section medical advice?
No. It is general education for healthy adults. If you have ongoing sleep problems, persistent low mood or high stress, please speak to a doctor.
