These Terms apply to your use of https://kindledbody.com and any purchase of our digital products. By using the site or buying a product, you agree to them. The site is operated by Kindled Body (“we”, “us”).
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to buy products or subscribe to our newsletter.
2. Health information
Our content and products provide general fitness, nutrition and wellness education for healthy adults. They are not medical advice and do not replace advice from a doctor, registered dietitian or other qualified professional. Please read our Health Disclaimer before following any program. You take part in any exercise or dietary change at your own risk.
3. Buying products
- All prices are in US dollars. Sales tax or VAT is calculated at checkout based on your location.
- Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record and the reseller of our products. By completing checkout you also agree to their terms, which are shown at checkout.
- Products are digital (PDF) files delivered by download link and email right after payment. No physical items are shipped.
- If you have any problem accessing your download, email hello@kindledbody.com and we will fix it.
4. Memberships
Memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the link in your receipt email or by contacting us; access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. We will tell you at least 30 days in advance of any price change, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
5. Refunds
Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
6. Your licence to use our products
When you buy a product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download, print and use it for your own use. You may not:
- share, resell, sublicense or redistribute the files, in whole or in part;
- upload them to file-sharing sites or shared drives;
- use them to coach paying clients or teach classes without our written permission;
- remove copyright notices.
All content on this site and in our products — text, recipes, programs, charts, images and design — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright.
7. Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the site: no attempts to break security, scrape content at scale, send spam, or interfere with other users.
8. Copyright complaints
If you believe content on our site infringes your copyright, email hello@kindledbody.com with: the work you believe is infringed, where it appears on our site, your contact details, and a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorised. We will review and respond promptly.
9. Disclaimers
The site and products are provided “as is”. We work hard to make content accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee any particular result — fitness and nutrition outcomes depend on many personal factors.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
11. Your consumer rights
If you are a consumer, you keep all rights given to you by the laws of the country where you live. Nothing in these Terms takes those rights away.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. If you are a consumer, you may also bring a claim in the courts of the country where you live.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version shown when you make a purchase applies to that purchase.
