How we work
Editorial Policy
Trust is the whole point of a health and fitness publisher. Here is exactly how we create our content.
What we cover — and what we don’t
We write general education for healthy adults: training principles, structured workouts, cooking and everyday nutrition, sleep, mobility and habits. We do not give advice on diagnosing or treating medical conditions, pregnancy, eating disorders, medication or supplements for medical purposes. Those topics belong with licensed professionals.
How an article is made
- Research. We start from systematic reviews, meta-analyses, position stands and public health guidelines (for example from the World Health Organization) rather than single small studies or opinion.
- Drafting. We use AI tools to help research and draft. Every article is then edited by a person.
- Fact-checking. Every factual claim is checked against the source it cites. Sources are listed at the end of each article with a permanent DOI link so you can read the original yourself.
- Plain language. We explain what the research says, how strong the evidence is, and how to apply it — including when evidence is limited or mixed.
Products
Our programs and cookbooks follow the same principles: established training methods, gradual progression, safety cues, and nutrition estimates labelled as estimates.
Corrections and updates
Science moves. We review articles regularly and update them when better evidence appears, changing the date on the page. If you spot an error, email hello@kindledbody.com — we correct mistakes promptly and openly.
Independence
We don’t accept payment for coverage. If we ever use affiliate links or sponsorships, we will label them clearly on the page and in our policies.
