Refund Policy

Our 14-day money-back guarantee

If a guide or program isn’t right for you, email hello@kindledbody.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number and we will refund you in full. No long forms, no hoops.

Refunds go back to your original payment method through our Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments. Depending on your bank, they usually appear within 5–10 business days.

Bundles

Bundles are covered by the same 14-day guarantee. We refund the full bundle price; we can’t refund individual items inside a bundle.

Memberships

• You can cancel any time; you keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
• If you cancel within 14 days of your first membership payment, we’ll refund that payment in full.
• Renewal payments are not refunded for partially used periods, except where the law requires it.

Fair use

The guarantee is there for people who genuinely aren’t satisfied. We may decline refunds where there is a clear pattern of abuse, such as repeated buy-and-refund cycles.

EU and UK customers: right of withdrawal

Under EU and UK consumer law, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content, that right ends once the download begins if you agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged you would lose the right of withdrawal. You are asked for that agreement at checkout. Our voluntary 14-day guarantee above applies regardless, so in practice you are covered either way.

Failed or duplicate payments

If you were charged twice or your download never arrived, contact us and we will fix it or refund you immediately — this is never counted against the guarantee.
